‘Burning Castles’ is the title track from Lucia & The Best Boys’ upcoming debut album. It’s a cinematic, operatic track that blurs the line between alternative pop and grunge rock, with a sprinkling of Eurhythmics influence scattered in those immense melodies. Lyrically, Lucia aimed to have the song reflect the sudden, overwhelming onslaught of emotions that hit when you receive bad news. “I wanted to challenge myself in a new emotional and physical state, using aerial silks to inform a sense of journey into the process of creating this visual,” she explains, on the mesmerising music video that accompanies the track.
